Return Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return Process:
You can directly apply for a refund in the backend, stating the reason for the refund.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and the detailed return address.
Please pack the item securely, clearly mark the RMA#, and then ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are usually borne by [customer/us].
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a free exchange, replacement, or a full refund.
